This is our first time to visit Super Chix. I read all the reviews and never saw so many five stars. Had to give it a try and it didn't disappoint. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was excellent. My wife ordered two children fingers and it was more than she could eat. They were big and juicy. The fresh cut fries were perfect. We topped it off with orange dreamcicle Custer. It was a cup full of childhood memories. We'll be back. And yes, the staff was amazing.
Food was amazing. Sorry for my half eaten pictures I realized I needed to take pictures halfway through demolishing the sandwich and fries. OK, I had no idea about this place never heard about it so I went in on a whim. I was not disappointed they exceeded my expectations. Customer service is excellent. Everyone check on and sees if there’s anything that you need. What I noticed most about this chicken sandwich was that it wasn’t heavy and oily. I’m sure this is because they use peanut oil and the overall sand just was very very, very crispy and delicious and actually seasoned. I got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, which didn’t taste very spicy at first, but the heat definitely creeps up on you which I really liked.The rosemary pepper fries are a must for any sandwich. I highly recommend coming here and I wish there was one closer to me, but I guess I’ll have to drive to Hoover because I need this weekly.
They were very busy, but the staff was confident and friendly. The dining room has. big roll up door and the weather was nice so that was a cool vibe. They had the music turned up so loud that it was a little difficult to communicate when placing my to go order. It was their first official open day so I figure they will remedy that before long. The chicken was really good and a good size portion. I liked the original more than the Nashville hot. Don't get me wrong, the NH was actually good and the sauce was light. The fries are medium/small, very similar to wing-stop. The cajun sprinkle was just right. I got a cup of vanilla and chocolate. The custard was light and kind of like ice-cream sandwich filling. Over all, everything was really good and we will come back again soon. I hope they can keep up the good work.
If I could give more that 5 stars I would. The people that work here are probably the nicest and most amazing customer service workers I have ever met. They go above and beyond every time to make the experience worth it. The food is always fresh and hot, and the portion sizes are huge. Definitely getting your money's worth. They are always ready to get your drinks refilled, grab you extra sauces, or get you anything you need. I will go back time and time again.
Wow! Food was absolutely amazing! The staff here is jaw-droppingly good! As a picky eater, I had no problems finding exactly what I wanted to get on the menu and was blown away at the quality of the food. I am disappointed it took me this long to come, I will be back very soon!
I was greeted by each worker as I entered the restaurant. Each one had a smile and welcomed me in. The cashier was nice, attentive and patient. The food was seasoned well and very fresh. They have a wide variety of chicken your way items. Whether you want it fried or grilled r Nashville hot or even on a bed of lettuce. The have rice crispier,non gmo brownies with Peruvian chocolate and custard. Stop by you want be disappointed. It is pricier than your average fast food, but ingredients are fresh and the serving sizes are good. Bravo to the entire staff.
I was thrilled to see a second Super Chix location open on 280 Highway, in addition to the one in Hoover. They offer champion service! The workers make you feel welcome and love their vibes. They'll make your day! The food is delicious, especially the seasoned fries, and don't forget dessert! Don't miss out on the best energy in town!
Amazing service and great tasting chicken. Chicken fingers were juicy and the breading was crispy and just perfect. The employees are friendly and very attentive.
